Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, AWS ECS, networking fundamentals, security best practices, Jira and Agile methodologies.

## Description

We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks:

 * Monitor, log and trace applications and platforms using Grafana Cloud technologies.
 * Build dashboards and diagnose ingestion, cardinality and performance issues.
 * Support and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and GitLab CI/CD.
 * Manage infrastructure and observability resources through Terraform and GitOps practices.
 * Develop automation tooling using Python, Bash, REST APIs and JSON integrations.
 * Handle alerting, incident response, escalation processes and runbook maintenance.
 * Manage incidents, service requests and changes through ServiceNow following ITSM practices.
 * Maintain synthetic monitoring checks and optimize observability platform usage and costs.
