From our Prestwick site, we manufacture aircraft wing structures used on Airbus commercial aircraft worldwide. You will provide IT support to Prestwick AeroSystems Europe's sites under the direction of line manager. Primary responsibility for desktop computing support, in person and remotely, for all employees based at the Prestwick AeroSystems UK site. Additionally, provide non-technical support as directed for infrastructure activities at the UK sites. How you will contribute to the team You will: * Lead Monitor appropriate Desktop incident ticket system queues, prioritising workload in conjunction with IT team leaders to accommodate multiple conflicting demands. * Resolve IT incidents assigned to the UK on-site support queues, carrying out all necessary troubleshooting tasks and escalating to the relevant party when required. * Provide technical advice to large user group of UK based Prestwick computing users.
