* Strong experience working in a 2nd Line IT Support / IT Engineer position
 * Experience within an MSP environment is highly desirable
 * Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows and Active Directory
 * Good understanding of Azure and cloud technologies
 * Strong networking knowledge including DNS, DHCP, VPNs, switching and firewalls
 * Experience troubleshooting escalated technical issues
 * Exposure to cyber security technologies and best practices
 * Experience supporting infrastructure, cloud or client projects
 * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
 * Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
