## About the Role

* Some C++ development experience within a software or engineering environment
 * Practical experience as a Scrum Master
 * Experience leading a team
 * Background in CAE, CAD, simulation or engineering software would be beneficial
 * Mechanical, aerospace, engineering or software engineering experience is desirable, though a degree is not essential but ideal
 * Strong organisational and communication skills
 * A natural leader with a collaborative, low-ego approach to engineering

## Description

* Lead and coordinate a team of software engineers within an Agile environment
 * Acting Scrum Master
 * Assign and break down tasks, remove blockers and ensure projects are delivered efficiently
 * Work closely with technical and product teams to translate complex requirements into clear, actionable work
 * There will be a small element of C++ within this role
 * Play a key role in the future growth of the business
