## Description

WeDoData are working with an established Further Education organisation that's looking for a Head of MIS - Systems & Reporting to take ownership of its systems, reporting and data infrastructure.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands both the technical side and the needs of an FE environment.

You'll be responsible for:

 * Leading the integration of key College systems, including MIS, Finance, HR and learning platforms

 * Developing and improving reporting using Power BI and SSRS

 * Managing and supporting a team of 2 Report Writers

 * Overseeing SQL databases and developing complex reporting from multiple data sources

 * Improving data quality, system performance and self-service reporting

 * Supporting the wider organisation with systems, data and reporting strategy
