## About the Role

* Has scoped and delivered change and comms plans for complex programmes and can evidence this. Qualified in change methodology but crucially needs strong experience of delivering in large scale complex environments
 * Experience of landing cultural change to large numbers of widely dispersed teamsand strong experience of dealing with resistance to change
 * Strong communication skills (story telling and bringing users through the change journey)
 * Strong stakeholder management skills able to build relationships with strong minded and change resistant stakeholders in a hierarchical culture
 * Skills in setting up and running Change Networks, Training, Change Impact Assessments etc
 * Experience at setting up business readiness assessments for large numbers and ongoing tracking until post go live period
 * Experience in using AI and creative ways to reach large number of users would be asset
 * Deputising for leadership when necessary
 * Self managing but sensitive to the political landscape of policing and how that works
 * Able to think strategically and roll sleeves up when required…do whatever is required
 * Track progress against project milestones and the impact changes to milestones have on the Change POAP, Critical Milestone log, Plan-on-A-Page (PoAP), and Change Control.
 * Maintenance of project level Risks/Assumptions/Issues and Dependencies log
 * Follow and promote our programme 'brand' with standards and consistency

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE OF THE BUSINESS CHANGE MANAGER

 * Experience of delivering change management activities in different cultures - very familiar with the components of change and the change curve
 * Experience of reaching out to variety of audience groups such as those on shift patterns, those not desk based, large numbers and how to tailor communications to be meaningful for each cohort
 * Experience of developing creative solutions (AI, videos, e learning, sharepoint sites) to address communication needs - working smarter and using new technology
 * Excellent competency in Ms Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Ms Project)
 * 'Can do', problem solving and robust mindset
 * Attention to detail especially when producing deliverables
 * Excellent competency in Ms Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Ms Project)
 * Team oriented and collaborative mindset

## Description

* Work closely with Change team and PMO to ensure timely delivery of information, dashboards and reports
 * Help to build change impact assessments in a complex change environment - this will involve proactively meeting new stakeholders and learning about their roles and processes quickly
