Preferred: * Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience. * 5+ years of total relevant work experience * Strong data preparation and transformation skills, with the ability to access, combine, structure, and refine data from multiple sources using SQL, Python, or data preparation tools such as Alteryx, Tableau Prep, and Power Query to create reliable, analysis-ready datasets. * Expertise in visualization and information design, with the ability to translate complex analysis into clear, intuitive, and decision-oriented visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar business intelligence and visualization platforms. * Strong process and systems thinking, with the ability to identify root causes, recognize opportunities to simplify or improve existing approaches, and develop scalable solutions to recurring business challenges. * Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority, constructively challenge assumptions, and align stakeholders with differing points of view around a recommended course of action. * Self-directed and proactive, with the judgment to independently advance work, identify opportunities or issues, and take ownership from initial problem definition through recommendation and delivery. Work Flexibility * This role is eligible for hybrid work, with up to one day a week from home. ## Description On a day-to-day basis, the Senior Analyst, Data Analytics will partner with business leaders in the EMEA region to define analytical questions, combine and evaluate internal and external data, and translate findings into decision-ready recommendations. The Senior Analyst will independently lead analytical projects and workstreams, monitor business performance, identify trends and root causes, and communicate what is happening, why it matters, and what actions should be considered. Depending on the business question, this may include advanced analytical techniques such as statistical analysis, forecasting, segmentation, predictive modeling, or scenario analysis. The role will also partner closely with Business Intelligence, Sales Operations, Marketing, and data teams to translate recurring business needs into scalable dashboards, reporting, and data products. Work may involve tools such as Alteryx, Excel, Salesforce, Tableau, and external data sources, but success in this role will be measured by the quality and business impact of the insights produced. A strong candidate will be comfortable working through ambiguity, selecting analytical methods appropriate to the question, building trusted stakeholder relationships, applying sound judgment, and communicating clearly with business audiences.
