You'll be confident working with a wide range of stakeholders, translating technical concepts into practical solutions and ensuring excellent customer service throughout. You will have: * Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM, including Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, OTL, ORC and BI Publisher * Experience supporting, configuring and developing Oracle Cloud HCM to meet business needs. * Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. * Experience managing system changes and enhancements through the full delivery lifecycle. * A collaborative approach with the ability to build effective working relationships across technical and business teams. * Previous experience of leading or mentoring staff, with the ability to support and develop others. ## Description We're looking for an experienced and proactive Application Specialist to join our IT & Digital Service team. In this key role, you'll help shape and support our Oracle Cloud HCM platform, ensuring it continues to deliver an excellent service to the organisation and its employees. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of complex system issues, lead system enhancements, support strategic projects, and work closely with stakeholders to maximise the value of our Oracle Cloud investment.
