Proven Test Manager experience in SAP programmes (S/4HANA, BW / Analytics, CPI / PO). Proven experience orchestrating SIT, E2E and UAT with partners and business teams. Strong defect triage leadership across cross-functional teams. Deep understanding of business process value streams (O2C, P2P, H2R, R2R) and integration points (APIs, middleware, jobs). Strong command of test management and ALM tools and requirement traceability practices. Excellent communication, stakeholder management and risk reporting to senior leadership. Experience working with System Integrators and complex vendor ecosystems. Experience with POS, e-commerce, selling and logistics systems. Experience with test automation tools. Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems or a related field (or equivalent experience).
