Experteer Overview As a Senior Functional Consultant, you will deliver functional consulting for Vistex implementations, guiding customers from requirements to a working solution.
You will learn Vistex offerings and map client needs to the platform, working remotely or on-site with cross-functional teams.
You'll support go-live activities, QA, and post?go?live knowledge transfer to ensure value realization.
This role combines problem-solving and customer-facing delivery to help enterprises optimize promotions, rebates, and incentives.
You will operate in a fast-paced environment and contribute to growth through effective solution delivery.
Compensaciones / Beneficios * Provide remote/on-site functional consulting for Vistex implementations * Handle tickets from Vital Link and deliver timely, quality solutions * Lead workshops to capture business requirements and produce blueprints * Identify FRICEW items during Realization phase for development * Configure Vistex solutions and support integration testing * Assist post-go-live activities including critical care support and knowledge transfer * Align customer requirements with Vistex functionality and map to the solution * Perform quality assurance for the implemented system * Prepare documentation for customer system support * Learn and gain expertise on new/current Vistex offerings Responsabilidades * Participated in multiple lifecycle SAP implementations * Experience/knowledge in MM pricing and SD pricing and OTC (OTC = order-to-cash) * Independent thinking with strong problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
