5+ years of professional experience as a backend developer, delivering scalable and high-performance solutions in production environments.
English level B2+ (required), working daily with distributed, international engineering teams based in the UK.
Deep expertise in Node.Js with JavaScript and TypeScript, including a strong understanding of internal concepts such as the event loop, non-blocking I/O, streams, and buffers.
Design and implementation of RESTful APIs, following best practices in architecture, security, and performance.
Hands-on experience with Node.Js frameworks such as Express and NestJS in real-world projects.
Strong database skills, working with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL solutions (MongoDB, Redis).
Solid testing expertise, including unit testing (Jest, Mocha), integration testing, mocking strategies, and API testing.
DevOps & Cloud experience, using Docker, CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI), and AWS with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
