Technical & Functional Skills BI & HR Systems: Deep expertise in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and enterprise HR systems (SuccessFactors preferred). Data Modeling: Proven ability to build scalable data models, audit data integrity, and interrogate the "why" behind the numbers. Proactive Mindset: Entrepreneurial approach to spotting data anomalies and bringing proactive solutions to the table before issues arise. Mobility & Languages Languages: Business English fluency required; French, German, or Spanish is a strong plus.
