## About the Role

We are currently working with one of our clients to onboard a backend engineer specialist in NODE.Js for an international project , which is why a high level of English is required .
What are we looking for?
5+ years of professional experience as a backend developer, delivering scalable and high-performance solutions in production environments.
English level B2+ (required), working daily with distributed, international engineering teams based in the UK.
Deep expertise in Node.Js with JavaScript and TypeScript , including a strong understanding of internal concepts such as the event loop, non-blocking I/O, streams, and buffers.
Design and implementation of RESTful APIs , following best practices in architecture, security, and performance.
Hands-on experience with Node.Js frameworks such as Express and NestJS in real-world projects.
? Strong database skills , working with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL solutions (MongoDB, Redis).
Solid testing expertise , including unit testing (Jest, Mocha), integration testing, mocking strategies, and API testing.
?? DevOps & Cloud experience , using Docker , CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI), and AWS with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
