## About the Role

You'll build across React/TypeScript front ends, Scala and Python services, and cloud infrastructure to serve multiple partners from one codebase.
You'll shape scalable, multi-tenant platforms, implement safety/compliance guardrails, and drive reliable, low-latency experiences from code to customer touchpoints.
This is a high-ownership, impact-driven opportunity in a fast-growing fintech travel platform.
Compensaciones / Beneficios * Own the voice channel end-to-end, including telephony and CPaaS integrations (e.g., Twilio, Amazon Connect) and streaming speech-to-text/text-to-speech pipelines * Build product features across the stack: React/TypeScript front ends, Scala and Python backends, and GCP infrastructure * Design for multi-tenant scale with a single codebase configured for partners * Develop safety and compliance plumbing (guardrails, content filtering, PII redaction) * Maintain healthy deployments via observability, alerting, incident response, and SLA monitoring * Configure and deploy platform capabilities for partner telephony integrations and go-lives * Elevate engineering standards through code reviews, architecture reviews, and mentoring Responsabilidades * 6+ years of software engineering with ownership of production systems * Hands-on realtime systems experience (voice applications, WebRTC/SIP, streaming media) * Strong frontend with React/TypeScript and backend
