Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes.
Experience creating functional specifications and working closely with ABAP developers on custom developments, enhancements, interfaces and reports.
Experience with end-to-end project lifecycles, including at least one full SAP implementation or multiple enhancement/support projects.
Ability to perform configuration, testing (Unit, SIT and UAT), defect resolution and deployment activities.
Strong understanding of SAP integration with modules including MM, FI/CO, WM/EWM and PP.
Experience supporting data migration, cutover and go-live activities.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Fluent in English Spoken and Written.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA Sales.
Knowledge of SAP Fiori applications related to Sales & Distribution.
Experience integrating SAP SD with CRM, TM, GTS, EWM or third-party applications.
