## About the Role

* 3+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science.
 * Strong Python programming skills.
 * Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
 * Knowledge of MLOps principles and model deployment.
 * Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
 * Understanding of data engineering concepts and ETL pipelines.
 * Experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models is desirable.
 * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have

 * Experience within manufacturing, healthcare, engineering, or industrial environments.
 * Knowledge of computer vision or 3D data processing.
 * Familiarity with Kubernetes and containerisation technologies.
 * Exposure to AI governance and responsible AI practices.

## Description

We are looking for an AI Engineer to join a growing team focused on developing intelligent solutions that enhance digital manufacturing, medical technology, and industrial innovation. You will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying AI models that solve real-world business and engineering challenges.

Working closely with software engineers, data scientists, and domain experts, you will help bring AI solutions from concept through to production.

Responsibilities

 * Develop and deploy machine learning and deep learning models.
 * Build scalable AI solutions using modern cloud technologies.
 * Work with structured and unstructured datasets.
 * Optimise model performance, accuracy, and reliability.
 * Develop GenAI and LLM-based applications where relevant.
 * Create data pipelines to support model training and inference.
 * Monitor, maintain, and improve production AI systems.
 * Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements.
 * Contribute to AI best practices and technical standards.
