## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Network Management, or equivalent.
 * Junior profile with a first professional experience, student job, or internship in IT Support.
 * Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
 * Customer-oriented and eager to help others.
 * Fluent in Dutch and French. English is a plus.

## Description

As a Support Engineer, you will be the first point of contact for our employees regarding IT-related issues. You will ensure the smooth operation of the IT environment by providing technical support, troubleshooting incidents, and preparing equipment for new colleagues., * Provide support to internal users (on-site and remote).

 * Register and follow up on incidents through the ticketing system.
 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, and Microsoft 365 issues.
 * Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
 * Prepare and deploy IT equipment for new employees.
 * Manage user accounts and access rights.
 * Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
 * Escalate complex incidents to specialized teams when necessary.
 * Document solutions and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
