As Head of Infrastructure, you will own the infrastructure strategy and day-to-day operational maturity of our cloud and platform environments. This is a leadership role, but not a purely managerial one. You should be able to set direction, manage priorities, communicate with stakeholders, and develop people - while still being comfortable discussing architecture, cloud design, deployment pipelines, observability, incident response, security, and operational trade-offs in detail. You will work closely with software engineering, product, compliance, security, BI/data, support, and business operations to ensure our platforms can evolve safely while meeting strict uptime, audit, and regulatory expectations.
