Voor deze rol zoeken we een profiel dat inhoudelijk sterk staat en de digitale werkplek zowel technisch als organisatorisch kan sturen.

· Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma in IT, business technology of gelijkwaardige ervaring.

· Je beschikt over stevige ervaring in digital workplace, modern workplace, IT operations of workplace transformation, bij voorkeur in een middelgrote tot grote omgeving.

· Je hebt grondige kennis van Microsoft 365, met inbegrip van Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business en Exchange Online.

· Je hebt een goede kennis van endpoint management en identity and access management, bij voorkeur met Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot en Microsoft Entra ID.

· Je begrijpt workplace security­principes zoals Conditional Access, data protection, compliance en secure collaboration en past die pragmatisch toe.

· Je hebt ervaring met workplace governance, standaarden, roadmaps of product lifecycle management en kan technische inzichten koppelen aan organisatorische realiteit.

## Description

· Je kan business­behoeften vertalen naar schaalbare, veilige en werkbare oplossingen, durft bestaande werkwijzen te challengen en adviseert vlot stakeholders op verschillende niveaus.

· Je communiceert duidelijk met zowel technische als niet-technische profielen en bent bereid om occasioneel te reizen tussen verschillende vestigingen.

Informaticaprogramma's en -applicaties ontwerpen en ontwikkelen

De technische, economische, ... informatie en de reglementering opvolgen en actualiseren

Een ontwikkeld product presenteren Gebruikers opleiden over de geleverde informaticatoepassingen

Technische en functionele problemen analyseren Corrigerende acties, technische aanpassingen, ... voorstellen

Informaticacomponenten selecteren, assembleren en integreren (programma's, databanken, specifieke ontwikkelingen, ...)

Behoeften van de klant of gebruiker analyseren Het functioneel lastenboek opstellen (specificaties, termijnen, kosten, ...)

Documenten en technische ondersteuning voor de ontwikkelaars, gebruikers, informaticadiensten, ... uitwerken en bijwerken
