## About the Role

We're searching for Masters in Science Engineering , Business Engineering , or related fields, with already a first professional experience, or candidates with a PhD in these fields . Who:

 * Are comfortable owning workstreams and driving execution independently
 * Can manage complexity and bring structure in dynamic environment
 * Are fluent in either Dutch or French and have a solid understanding of the other language; strong English skills are required

## Description

* Take full ownership of transformation workstreams , ensuring progress, dependencies, and risks are managed end-to-end
 * Translate operational complexity into clarity , aligning stakeholders and structuring processes, people, and systems
 * Add value beyond status reporting by identifying blockers, inefficiencies, and alignment gaps, and converting them into concrete actions and recommendations
 * Create execution-focused deliverables in PowerPoint and Excel that drive decision-making and forward motion
 * Operate independently in client-facing environments , facilitating workshops, interviews, stand-ups, and aligning business and IT teams
 * Mentor and guide junior colleagues , sharing best practices and raising the bar on delivery quality and client outcomes
 * Build strong client relationships , becoming a trusted point of contact within your workstream and team, * Career growth via a Personal Development Plan , supported by your Coach, HR Business Partner, and Career Sponsor
 * Deepen business and industry understanding through hands-on project exposure in transformation programs
 * Expand analytical, execution, and consulting skills by working independently on real client initiatives
 * Develop stronger stakeholder leadership through direct interaction with middle management and operational leaders
