## About the Role

* Proven experience as a Senior Technical Project Manager or in a similar role, ideally managing large-scale integration projects.
 * Strong understanding of project management methodologies
 * Extensive experience with systems integration, IT infrastructure, and enterprise technology.
 * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
 * Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
 * Knowledge of organizational change management principles and practices is a plus.
 * PMP or PRINCE2 certification (or equivalent) is highly preferred.
 * Healthcare experience is a plus., * Cyber Security Level - Expert (Most recent experience)
 * MS-Project Level - Expert (Most recent experience)
 * Languages:

This critical initiative involves the seamless consolidation of systems, processes, and teams across two or more entities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical project management, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives., * Project Leadership : Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of a company integration project, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.

 * Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with executives, department heads, and cross-functional teams to ensure clear communication, alignment, and commitment throughout the integration process.
 * Risk Mitigation : Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address challenges proactively.
 * Change Management : Drive change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions for systems, processes, and employees.
 * Resource Allocation : Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet project objectives and key milestones.
 * Technical Oversight : Collaborate closely with technical teams to integrate IT systems and ensure operational continuity.
 * Reporting & Documentation : Provide regular updates and detailed reports to stakeholders on project progress, achievements, and areas for improvement., * Please elaborate on your contributions on merger and acquisition projects as an IT Project Manager
