Preferred Certifications Relevant certifications are advantageous but hands-on experience is valued most. Examples include: * AZ-104 - Azure Administrator * MD-102 - Endpoint Administrator * MS-102 - Microsoft 365 Administrator * SC-300 - Identity and Access Administrator * ITIL Foundation * Cisco/networking certifications * Rubrik or equivalent backup/recovery certifications, * Practical, approachable and collaborative * Proactive, organised and able to manage competing priorities * Responsible, discreet and quality-focused * Passionate about technology and helping colleagues * Confident working with vendors and stakeholders * Comfortable taking ownership and suggesting better ways of working ## Description The role will focus on maintaining and improving a secure, reliable and user-friendly IT environment, with an initial emphasis on Microsoft 365, Azure, identity, endpoint management, security and compliance.
