## About the Role

Do you have experience in IT operations?, * Proven experience in IT support and infrastructure management.

 * Familiarity with Microsoft 365 cloud services (e.g., Entra, Purview) and platforms such as Azure or AWS.
 * Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, firewalls).
 * Experience with RMM and PSA tools (e.g., ConnectWise, Datto, NinjaOne).
 * Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
 * Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Security+, Microsoft) preferred.

## Description

* Handle escalated technical support requests and resolve complex infrastructure issues.
 * Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions.
 * Manage and support Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, and virtualization platforms (e.g., Hyper-V).
 * Configure and maintain firewalls, switches, and network infrastructure.
 * Assist with client onboarding and deployment of IT solutions.
 * Document procedures, solutions, and best practices.
 * Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers for issue resolution.
 * Participate in after-hours support rotation and respond to critical incidents.
 * Mentor junior technicians and contribute to internal knowledge resources.
