 * Epic PB Certification at the time of submission.
 * Associate's degree in IS or BA preferred; HS Diploma considered with 3 years of relevant experience.
 * Highly experienced in hospital setting, ready to hit the ground running with minimal training required.
 * Strong troubleshooting, support, maintenance, and upgrade skills for assigned technologies and applications.

## Description

* Responsible for developing, testing, maintaining, installing, and deploying Epic applications and technologies.
 * Provides consulting services to application development teams and customers regarding technology standards and system optimization.
 * Supports desktop and laptop Windows operating systems, hardware troubleshooting, and application monitoring.
 * Manages system imaging, network, and telecommunications support, including Active Directory group policy and security troubleshooting.
 * Collaborates with internal teams to implement and administer IT solutions, ensuring seamless technology integration in a hospital environment.
