## Description

You will lead the technical vision for our data estate, ensuring that our architecture, platforms and engineering practices support long-term growth, innovation and operational excellence. As Senior Director, Data Architecture, Data Engineering & Platforms, you will provide credible, strategic leadership and set Group direction while remaining close enough to technology to challenge designs, guide decision-making and support high-performing technical teams. Your Role You will work across all lines of business, markets and central functions, partnering with their business, data and technical leaders, to establish shared foundations and technical standards whilst preserving local expertise. Defining and evolving the data architecture, technical strategy and transformation roadmap for the wider Bauer Media Group. Building and developing architecture, engineering and platform capability. Leading Data Engineering and Analytics Engineering teams.
