The Test Capability @ Answer are passionate about "shift left testing", which ensures testers are involved from day 1, making sure TDD is in place to catch and fix issues early and make better quality solutions for our clients. We're excited about using AI to accelerate and improve our work, while applying our expertise and judgement to ensure everything meets a high quality standard. What you'll bring to Answer: * Designing bespoke Test Strategies to compliment technical solutions implemented using cloud technologies (K8s, Docker). * Building frontend automation frameworks using the latest open source test automation tools (such as Cypress and Playwright) * Working in an agile (Scrum/Kanban) project environment utilising a test first approach which drives and creates a shared understanding of project requirements e.g. Shift Left, Example Mapping, BDD, 3 Amigos * Implementation of automated quality checks to run as part of a continuous integration environment (GitHub/ Azure DevOps / AWS Pipelines) * You should also have an enthusiasm for leveraging new AI technologies to enhance your workflow and improve outcomes, We're an Employee-Owned Company.
