Working within our Ambassador Development team and reporting to the Digital Systems Executive,you'llsupport the administration,maintenanceand continuous improvement of our digital ecosystem, helping to deliver a seamless experience for ourAmbassadorcommunity across both the UK and US markets. This is a varied, detail-focused role spanning our Web Ordering site, eLearning platform, content management system, asset library, AI Chatbot, Events Platform and CRM app.You'llwork closely with our Digital team and cross-functional partners to support launches,promotionsand platform improvements, whileidentifyingand resolving issues before theyimpactourAmbassadors. Youdon'tneed to arrive knowing every platform we use. What matters is thatyou'reorganised, digitally confident and naturally curious, with a sharp eye for detail and a genuine desire to understand how things work.
