* 8+ years' Information Security experience, including senior leadership responsibility
 * Proven ownership of ISO 27001 and SOC assurance programmes
 * Strong understanding of cloud security, particularly AWS environments
 * Experience operating within fintech, SaaS or regulated financial services businesses
 * Ability to engage with boards, regulators and enterprise clients on complex security matters
 * Experience managing security incidents, risk programmes and security assurance activities

* Own the enterprise-wide Information Security strategy and roadmap
 * Lead security architecture, threat management, vulnerability management and incident response programmes
 * Oversee ISO 27001, SOC 1, SOC 2 and broader governance, risk and compliance frameworks
 * Drive cloud security, identity and access management, third-party risk management and data protection initiatives
 * Partner with executive leadership, regulators, clients and auditors on security, risk and assurance matters
 * Lead and develop a high-performing team across Information Security, GRC and IT Operations
