This role goes beyond standard administration requiring strong technical capabilities, problem-solving skills and the ability to design and implement advanced solutions that support business processes across sales, marketing and operations. You will act as a key partner to stakeholders, translating business requirements into scalable Salesforce configurations and ensuring platform reliability, performance and continuous improvement.
