 * Experience with containerisation technologies (Docker/Kubernetes).
 * Proven track record delivering RESTful APIs and microservice-based solutions.
 * Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools - Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM.
 * Hands-on CI/CD experience with tools like Jenkins, CodeBuild, or Azure DevOps.
 * Agile delivery (Scrum, Kanban) and TDD.
 * Prior experience working on central government or healthcare-related digital services.
 * Exposure to service design and user-centred design practices.

* Contribute to the design, development, and deployment of scalable serverless applications in AWS.
 * Translate business needs into robust, secure, and efficient software solutions.
 * Contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering practices and development pipelines.
 * Collaborate with product owners, designers, and delivery leads to ensure services meet real user needs.
 * Present technical concepts clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
 * Mentor other engineers and contribute to growing the internal capability.
 * Promote engineering excellence through blog writing, community engagement, or internal initiatives.
