This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a few years of experience in Project Management and wants to take the next step in sharpening their technological capabilities, work with some major global brands and also take on extra responsibilities in the world of project delivery. You will be supported throughout your time working on these projects in avery open and collaborative environment., * Proven experience working inan agile project environment.

 * Demonstrated ability to lead discovery or early-phase project activities.
 * Experience working in multi-disciplinary teams (e.g., designers, developers, product owners, analysts).
 * Experience supporting teams through the full agile delivery lifecycle.
 * Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
 * Warm, friendly, and collaborative working style with a focus on team empowerment.

## Description

* Leading the Discovery Phase to establish project scope, objectives, risks, constraints, and high-level timelines.
 * Developing and maintain project plans, milestones, resource allocations, and risk logs.
 * Closely collaborating with stakeholders to understand requirements, align expectations, and ensure a shared understanding of desired outcomes.
 * Identifying opportunities to refine processes, improve team dynamics, and enhance delivery outcomes.
 * Promoting an environment of collaboration, transparency and high-quality communication.
 * Championing agile ways of working and help mature agile capability across the organisation.
 * Building strong, positive relationships with team members, stakeholders, and customers.
