## Description

* End-to-end ownership of SAP S/4HANA programmes, from initiation through to go-live and beyond
 * Leading complex, multi-workstream delivery across onshore and offshore teams
 * Being the key point of contact for clients, managing senior stakeholders, steering committees and escalation paths
 * Owning the commercials including budgets, scope, resourcing and forecasting
 * Driving quality across the full lifecycle including testing, data, training, cutover and go-live
 * Managing risk properly, not just logging it but actively resolving it
 * Getting involved in pre-sales, shaping proposals and making sure what's sold can actually be delivered
 * Improving how we deliver as a business, contributing to frameworks, governance and mentoring others
