 * Strong software engineering fundamentals and experience designing scalable systems.
 * Experience working with distributed systems, APIs and/or data-intensive applications.
 * Strong understanding of testing, CI/CD and software development best practices.
 * Comfortable working in a demanding, collaborative environment.
 * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
 * Previous experience within financial services, banking, trading, investment management or another high-performance technology environment is highly desirable.
