## About the Role

* Strong experience in Data Mapping, Data Cleansing and Data Validation
 * SQL and/or Python
 * Power Query
 * experience working with structured datasets and data migration processes
 * Ability to work independently and pick up established processes quickly

Experience with any of the following would be highly beneficial:

 * ERP implementation or transformation programmes
 * Data-quality tools
 * Large-scale or multi-site organisations
 * Experience working across multiple applications or data domains

## Description

You will be involved in:

 * Mapping source data against target data models and applying agreed mapping rules
 * Cleansing and preparing data to a load-ready standard
 * Identifying and resolving data-quality issues and exceptions
 * Supporting data validation and reviewing migration outputs with relevant SMEs
 * Documenting mapping rules, transformations and data decisions
 * Working across multiple data domains and applications
 * Liaising with data owners, application owners and operational SMEs to resolve queries
 * Following a structured data migration methodology and working to agreed delivery timelines
 * Supporting the final handover of migration activity and documentation
