## Description

As a Senior Insights Analyst, you will gather, analyse and interpret data to produce actionable insights that inform AAT's strategic objectives. You will track trends, evaluate risks and opportunities and provide clear, data-driven recommendations to support effective decision-making. Collaborating with internal teams and external research partners, you will develop dashboards, visualisations and reports that bring insights to life and help shape AAT's future strategies.

Major objectives

Your major objectives will include:

 1. Source and synthesise data from internal and external sources to support strategic priorities.
 2. Analyse complex data sets using statistical techniques and tools, identifying trends and actionable opportunities.
 3. Produce data-driven recommendations, reports and presentations for stakeholders.
 4. Collaborate across teams to align insights with organisational goals and priorities.
 5. Develop dashboards and visualisations in Power BI to communicate findings clearly and effectively.
 6. Continuously enhance data analysis processes through innovation and best practices.
