Exhibits passion and excitement over work. * Strong Communication: Speaks and writes articulately; excels at public speaking; is an active listener. * Executive Judgment: Can frame technical trade-offs in business terms; makes sound, pragmatic choices about architecture, build-vs-buy, and sequencing of AI and platform investments. ## Description Reporting directly to and working closely with the Chief Product Officer, the Vice President, Engineering and AI is an executive leader accountable for how Podimetrics uses data, analytics, and AI to improve patient outcomes and scale the business. The role combines leadership of the Data Science and Analytics function with end-to-end ownership of the development and deployment of Podimetrics' AI-enabled Clinical and Data Platforms - including platform architecture and the software development teams that build and operate them. The VP leads a multidisciplinary organization spanning data science, analytics, and the Clinical and Data Platform software engineering group. The primary objective is to improve patients' lives by enabling early detection and prevention of diabetic foot complications through trustworthy data, actionable business intelligence, and AI-enabled capabilities that support timely, personalized, and effective care.
