* Erstklassiger Hochschulabschluss in BWL, (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Maschinenbau, Logistik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

 * Erste Erfahrungen als Projektleiter von fachbereichsnahen SAP Beratern oder als Teilprojektleiter in großen SAP Projekten von Vorteil
 * Selbstständige und proaktive Arbeitsweise, analytische und konzeptionelle Denkweise, ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit auf Ebene des Teams und der Abteilungsleitung in multikulturellen Umgebungen
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
 * Reisebereitschaft, auch für gelegentliche Auslandseinsätze

## Description

* Planung, Steuerung, Durchführung und Kontrolle von internationalen SAP ERP & S/4HANA Transformations- und Rollout- Projekten
 * Koordination und Führung der interdisziplinären Projektmitarbeiter und -teams
 * Fachlicher Ansprechpartner bei der Definition von End-to-End Prozessen über mehrere SAP Module und Fachbereiche hinweg
 * Übernahme von Modulverantwortung im Bereich MM in nationalen und internationalen SAP Projekten
 * Change Management & Coaching
 * Unterstützung im Presales und beim Auf- und Ausbau unserer Kundenbeziehungen
 * Durchführung von Workshops und Schulungen
 * Mentoring von Trainees und angehenden Senior Consultants
