 * Hands-on-Mentalität und hohe Problemlösungskompetenz,
 * Reisebereitschaft für gelegentliche Abstimmungen in Brüssel (Elia Group),
 * Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (C1), gute Deutschkenntnisse (B2).
Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil:

 * Französisch-, Niederländisch-Kenntnisse.

## Description

* Verantwortung für Produktvision, Roadmap und Backlog im Bereich Digital Workplace Collaboration,
 * Übersetzung von Business-Anforderungen in konkrete Produktanforderungen (User Stories) ,
 * Steuerung eines Scrum-Teams (Agile / Scrum / Kanban),
 * Priorisierung von Features und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Plattformen (M365, Teams etc.),
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Stakeholdern, UX/UI, IT und anderen Product Ownern,
 * Sicherstellung von Stabilität, Performance und Support (2nd Level),
 * Analyse von Nutzerfeedback, Incidents und Markttrends zur Optimierung des Produkts,
 * Aufbau einer modernen digitalen Arbeitsumgebung (Digital Workplace),
 * Mitwirkung bei Ausschreibungen und Vendor Management,
 * Sicherstellung von Knowledge Transfer und Supportstrukturen.
