## About the Role

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung, idealerweise als Senior Developer, Lead Developer oder Software Architect.

## Description

* Definition, Einführung und Weiterentwicklung technischer Standards, Entwicklungsrichtlinien und skalierbarer Softwarearchitekturen.
 * Optimierung und Modernisierung bestehender Entwicklungs-, Deployment- und Betriebsprozesse.
 * Konzeption und Umsetzung neuer Features sowie kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung bestehender Anwendungen.
 * Verantwortung für die IT-Systemlandschaft Ihres Bereichs, einschließlich Anwendungsarchitektur, Infrastruktur und Systemverfügbarkeit.
 * Enge Abstimmung technischer und organisatorischer Entscheidungen mit einem weiteren Team Lead, um eine einheitliche technologische und strategische Ausrichtung sicherzustellen.
 * Fachliche und persönliche Weiterentwicklung eines Entwicklerteams von rund fünf Mitarbeitenden durch Coaching, Mentoring und regelmäßiges Feedback.
