## Description

Do you enjoy supporting a variety of businesses by keeping systems secure, connected, and running at peak performance? If so, we're looking for a talented and experienced Network and Security Administrator to join our team., * Manage Nesnah Ventures' and portfolio companies' networks, ensuring LAN, WAN, VPN, DNS, and ICS systems run smoothly.

 * Oversee Active Directory and Entra ID, handling user accounts, permissions, policies, and secure access controls.
 * Co-maintain cloud infrastructure, virtual machines, storage, and network security measures.
 * Administer VOIP and phone systems, including call recording, user setup, and vendor coordination.
 * Monitor and enhance cybersecurity, implementing MFA, SSO, incident response plans, and training users on security best practices.
 * Lead technology projects, upgrades, and automation initiatives to improve system efficiency and business continuity.
 * Manage and troubleshoot Exchange Online mailboxes, distribution groups, mail flow rules, spam filters, and email security policies
