You should be comfortable building software for other engineers, partnering closely with design to shape system direction, and driving adoption of best practices across a wide range of engineering teams. An ideal candidate has a passion for platforms, a strong design sensibility, and the technical depth and communication skills to influence how the broader org builds for the web., Day-to-day responsibilities include contributing directly to the development and maintenance of shared component libraries and design system implementations used across the Services organization. You will work closely with design partners to anticipate evolving needs and translate design system direction into scalable, well-documented technical solutions., You will play an active role in defining component APIs, establishing front-end best practices, and advocating for design system adoption across a diverse set of engineering teams.
