You'll be one of the people responsible for evolving how WD-40's core technology environment actually works - the connections between our ERP and everything plugged into it - deliberately, with a real roadmap, not a patchwork of quick fixes. Responsibilities Lead the architecture connecting our ERP to every system plugged into it - EDI, iPaaS, custom integrations, ISVs - across a company still expanding its D365 footprint. * Lead a ~12-18 month project to evaluate, select, and modernize the EDI and integration technology our business runs on. * Lead a technical architect and a team of EDI/integration specialists split across the UK and US - people who are good at their jobs and don't need to be told how to do them, just where to point them. * Be the person who can sit across from a solutions architect, understand exactly what they're trying to build, and tell them - with real technical grounding, not guesswork - what it'll take to build it right. * Be the thread tying together how WD-40's systems work across every region.
