Education * Required:High School Diploma or Equivalent. * Preferred:Bachelor's Degree or actively pursuing a degree ## Description The Technical Research Specialist provides advanced customers and dealer support by researching, analyzing, and resolving complex part information requests for heavy-duty truck applications. This role uses technical resources, business systems, engineering documentation, and product knowledge to identify accurate, saleable part numbers and support timely resolution of customer inquiries. The position plays a key role in strengthening dealer support, improving part information accuracy, expanding customer self-service through knowledge base content, and contributing technical expertise that supports part sales, service quality, and overall customer experience.
