 * TIBCO EMS and messaging
 * TIBCO BusinessEvents / integration technologies
 * Strong SOA, ESB, API and Microservices architecture experience
 * REST/SOAP Web Services
 * XML, XSD, JSON, WSDL
 * Strong Java fundamentals
 * Experience with Oracle/SQL and database integration
 * Experience designing and implementing enterprise integration solutions
 * Strong understanding of Kafka or other messaging platforms
 * Cloud integration experience with AWS/Azure
 * CI/CD using Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps, or similar
 * Strong troubleshooting, performance tuning and production support experience

## Description

* Design scalable and highly available TIBCO integration architectures.
 * Lead TIBCO BW/BW6 integration development and migration initiatives.
 * Define integration patterns, standards and best practices.
 * Design REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise integration solutions.
 * Work with application, infrastructure and business teams to define technical solutions.
 * Review code and provide technical guidance to development teams.
 * Troubleshoot performance and production issues.
 * Support cloud and legacy TIBCO modernization initiatives.
