 * Experience in manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or other regulated environments preferred.
 * Familiarity with EasyVista, Jira, or ServiceNow.

## Description

We are looking for an IT Administrator to support escalation and day-to-day IT operations for a regulatory environment in East Windsor, New Jersey. This Contract to Hire position focuses on delivering dependable technical support across end-user systems, network-connected devices, and core site technology services. The ideal candidate will combine strong troubleshooting ability with hands-on experience in infrastructure support, user account administration, and service request management., * Provide desktop and laptop break/fix support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues.

 * Manage ticket queue, including prioritization, resolution, documentation, and escalation.
 * Perform PC imaging, deployment, software installation, and SCCM-based patching and software distribution.
 * Support Active Directory user accounts, printers, peripherals, and Microsoft 365 applications.
 * Monitor Veeam backups, perform tape rotations, and assist with basic recovery procedures.
 * Support local IT infrastructure, including Windows servers, Cisco switches, network connectivity, and Check Point firewalls.
 * Maintain asset inventory and technical documentation.
