Preferred Qualifications: Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I, or equivalent). - Experience with Agile delivery tools (e.g., ServiceNow Agile SDLC, Jira, Azure DevOps). - Experience supporting enterprise or platform engineering teams. * Familiarity with Agile delivery metrics and continuous improvement techniques.
