Therefore, in order to be considered for this position, you must have the ability to work without a need for current or future visa sponsorship. ## Description As a member of the customer account team, a Junior Specialist Adoption Architect (SAA level 1) is an emerging technical specialist covering Application Platforms, Cloud Native Infrastructure, Mission-Critical IT Automation, Red Hat Cloud Services platforms, and AI platforms. The primary focus of this role is to partner with account teams to eliminate technical and organizational blockers, educate customers, and prove platform value to turn technical wins into long-term adoption and retention., As a Junior Specialist Adoption Architect you will participate in the FASTER Program (Field Accelerator for Sales and Technical Emerging Roles), which is a 10-month, comprehensive onboarding and development program designed to equip you with deep technical knowledge, customer engagement skills, and industry insights. You will gain hands-on experience across Red Hat's portfolio, learn from peer architects, and contribute to real-world adoption initiatives that deliver immediate value to customers. This cohort-based program starts in September 2027.
