The SAFe Agile framework serves as the delivery engine that makes this complexity manageable. As an Agile Coach and Scrum Master, you will facilitate Agile Release Train (ART) ceremonies, serve as Scrum Master for cross-functional teams across Core HR, Talent and Learning, Benefits, Compensation, HCM Application Security, and Technical/Functional Support, and coach teams on SAFe principles and practices. You may also serve as a Release Train Engineer (RTE), orchestrating Program Increment (PI) Planning, managing cross-team dependencies, tracking velocity and throughput metrics, and driving inspect-and-adapt cycles. With Oracle quarterly updates, parallel agency transitions, and comprehensive functional requirements, the program requires disciplined Agile execution at every level.
