Main Responsibilities:Architecture & Design: Design, evolve, and maintain the end-to-end technical architecture of the solution, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.Backend Development: Core development and maintenance of enterprise-grade backend services and application logic.Integrations: Implement, optimize, and support REST-based integrations, APIs, and messaging systems.Database Management: Oversee database design, development, optimization, and data access layer implementation.Quality Assurance & Testing: Support application testing strategies, write unit/integration tests, and ensure high technical quality standards across releases.Technical Leadership: Provide hands-on guidance, code reviews, and technical mentorship to development and QA engineering teams.Core Technical Requirements:15+ years of extensive experience in Java development.Strong mastery of the Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Core, Spring Security).
