Do you have experience in UI design systems?, * Minimum 5 years of experience as a front-end or design engineer, ideally on a marketing site

 * Strong skills in React, CSS and modern frameworks (we use Next.js and Tailwind)
 * A portfolio site that demonstrates your previous work
 * Deep understanding of responsive design and design-to-code workflows.
 * Experience maintaining a reusable component library and sweating the design details in code
 * Stellar communication skills with a proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
 * Desire to work in a fast-paced environment, continuously grow, and master your craft

Nice to Have

 * Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices
 * Experience with web animations (e.g., GSAP, Motion), 3D libraries, or interactive storytelling
 * Experience working with a CMS (e.g., Sanity)

## Description

* Lead implementation of complex projects to establish Ramp.com as the gold standard for brand and product marketing
 * Work with designers and engineers to maintain and enhance Ramp's brand design system and component library, ensuring consistency across the site
 * Partner with designers to create interactive experiences that drive site engagement
 * Design and unblock yourself when design resources are constrained
 * Work closely with the paid ads and growth teams to conduct A/B testing on landing pages for multi-channel lead generation, * Unlimited AI token usage
 * Centralized home-office equipment ordering

 * Weekly coffee stipend
